BUT.response from support on questions and suggestions has been phenomenal! In every instance that I've had a question or program suggestion the question was answered promptly and several of the suggestions were in the next release. Figuring out how to do that is not always easy and the parsing wizard is good at saying "fix the indicated error" but no error is indicated. What I've found is that the tool WILL parse almost any type of file you throw at it. The part where the tool lacks is the documentation and parsing wizard. If reviewing on just the performance of the tool, and support received it would be 5 stars. Very versatile, very fast, and mostly intuitive. In fact, the tool itself is an excellent tool. This is a really good tool for log files. Awesome tool!! Awesome support! Documentation needs to be better.
